Phase One of the construction of the Puffin Crossing is well underway and the removal of the Leylandii trees so that the pavement can be widened to accommodate the new infrastructure and control lights.
A new screen comprising of fence and greenery will be installed once the new crossing has been completed around June/July 2024.
Temporary traffic lights will be in use between the hours of 0900 and 1500 to keep the workforce safe.
