A “suspicious” man in a hoody has been seen hanging around a back garden in a Worcestershire village.

The police are appealing for information following the incident in Kempsey on Saturday, Feb 24.

The man, who was described as wearing a black hoody and black bottoms, and being of slim build and about six feet tall, was seen in a back garden on Kings Hill at about 5.40pm.

“The male was scared off by the occupant’s dog and promptly left the garden,” said a spokesperson for West Mercia Police.

“It is unknown what his intentions were but attention was being paid to the shed.”

Officers are asking anyone with information to get in touch.
