Get ready, Kempsey! St Mary’s Church is hosting its much-loved annual summer fete on Saturday, 21st June, and this year’s event is set to be extra special as we mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day.
From 3 PM until late, the village will come together for a fantastic day of celebration, community spirit, and good old-fashioned fun. Whether you’re a history buff, a music lover, or simply looking for a great day out with family and friends, this is an event not to be missed!

🌿 Artisan & Local Produce Stalls – Browse a wonderful selection of handmade crafts, delicious treats, and unique gifts from talented local traders.
🎶 Live Music from Ruby Rouge – You may remember the incredible Ruby Rouge from the D-Day beacon lighting—now she’s back to bring her stunning vocals and lively performance to the fete!
🎟 Grand Raffle – Try your luck and take home amazing prizes!
🎈 Children’s Entertainment – The little ones will be treated to fun activities, games, and entertainment throughout the day.
