A popular Worcestershire garden centre has changed the price of one of its events following feedback from customers.
St Peter’s Garden Centre in Norton, near Worcester, announced the change after listening to comments about the cost of attending.
The family-owned garden centre, based at Pear Tree Farm on Norton Road, regularly runs seasonal events and activities alongside its garden centre, restaurant, food hall and Poppy’s Farm.
Following the feedback, the business has now responded by revising the event price, showing that customers’ comments haven’t gone unnoticed.
It’s a move likely to be welcomed by families across Worcester, Kempsey, Norton and the surrounding villages, particularly at a time when the cost of family days out continues to be an important consideration.
St Peter’s has become a popular destination for families as well as gardeners, with Poppy’s Farm regularly hosting children’s activities throughout school holidays. Previous events have included planting, crafts and other hands-on activities
The latest change is a good example of a local business taking feedback on board and making changes when something isn’t quite working for its customers.
Fair play to St Peter’s for listening and responding.
